I am a nationally certified massage therapist with specialized training in manual and assisted lymphatic drainage therapy. My passion for helping others led me to continue my education in advanced techniques, including post-operative care, making me one of the few therapists in Arizona with this expertise. I also incorporate Assisted Lymphatic Therapy (ALT) and Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field (PEMF) therapy into my treatments to support my clients' overall well-belling. I take a personalized approach to every session, focusing on reducing pain, inflammation and swelling, while promoting relaxation and recovery. Whether working with clients recovering from surgery or those simply looking to feel their best, I am committed to creating a healing and supportive experience.
Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my family and my beloved dog, Willow.
